I've noticed some pics of some escorts with very protruding nipples and always thought they were gross. I've seen pictures of guys sticking cloths pins on them which I guess is to make them stick out like that.

 

Do most guys find this attractive? I find it disgusting. There's something very "female" about it (CERTAINLY NOT MASCULINE).
