Well if he was MY gym instructor back in high school, I would have gladly done all the push-ups, pull-ups, sprint runs he wanted. Only thing -- we never wore bathing suits in the pool class (faculty feared mildew in the lockers.... or that was the excuse they gave ;-) )

My prep school gym instructor was a bit of a sadist. If I knew what I knew now -- and had had the balls back then -- I would have reported him. He was sick.

My highschool did the same thing. The cold-water upgoing spray waas over teh top. During my sophomore year, some poor kid got an erection, and we wore suits thereafter. And this, a public school of about 3600.
