Thanks Mondo. I've seen the film, and thought the book would make good porcelain reading. I see on Your website that the book has been retitiled, the same as the movie, and re-released. I've ordered it. Thank you.

I threw my copy in the trash a long time ago. Pretty appropraite place for the entire lot. What is fabulous about this tale, Rod? All kidding aside. Just what is fabulous about it?

. . . Fabulous But True . . .

Were I you (which, of course, we have well established is not and will never be the case), I simply would have asked for the book via inter library loan from the local branch of the County Library System. However, if I really felt the need to own the hard cover original, you (and others) can try this site in the future. It is a great place to find out of print books.

I found a few copies of the original hard cover book via this site available for sale.

RE: . . . F....... But True . . .

A fascinating tale...but not fabulous. After all, it's about kids frying their brains, overdosing, and killing.

Yes, I see, and I agree with that. I read the book a long time ago and saw the movie last night. I also lived briefly in the building where Angel was hacked up, which means I rode the same fateful elevator he did.
