As Dutchal reminds us, there was a thread on Griffin (aka Drako); I initiated it and did ultimately see him.

 

I thought he was a nice fellow; he is an ageing bodybuilder. In my view, the pictures he has in his ad are, for the most part, dated. His face was ruggedly handsome when I saw him (so no faux-blond hair); if it matters to you, Drako/Griffin seems like a gentle soul. My experience with him was OK: he was cooperative and did what he said he was "into", but we really did not "connect" in ways that would have made the session really memorable.

Please note that I had a similar "OK But Not Great" experience with Griffin/Drako--and I am far from a newbie. (Also, I write way more than my fair share of reviews; in this case, I really did not want to rave, but neither did I want to say anything negative. I thought, and still think, that we just did not connect as a matter of chemistry and circumstances.)

 

And like the newbie, I wish Griffin/Drako nothing but good things. My advice to anyone interested in seeing him: give him a call and discuss his preferences (you also get to hear his voice, if "macho" matters to you). And if the conversation goes well, you might raise this question: New pictures? His recent look? My recollection is that he is still ruggedly handsome and has a great body (but not the ripped body of his current ad). He really needs new photos for his ad.

So true BG. I think it is way up at the top of my list of unfair practices on the Forum. In this era of equality, this type of post is so wrong. Also, if you have something to say that you feel you don't want on the public Forum, JUST P.M. IT. Stating that you're going to send a PM on the Forum IMPLIES you're going to say something derogatory which, again, is not fair. There are a few members who do this constantly!

This is the era of unfair reviews. Look at Yelp or any number of review sites where individuals can post reviews on any business, practice or individual. Griffin has access to the forums and can respond if he wanted to. A fair number of escorts frequent this place regularly.

Dismissing me for posting something that I feel is truthful only makes people who have personal experience (but have not posted a formal review) shy away from answering questions on the forums. Dismissing anyone who hasn't posted 100 times here is shortsighted. What would make me more credible? Posting a good review on well reviewed individuals like Jon Ramsey and Mike Masters that I have hired at least a half dozen times each? Or posting novel reviews on individuals that have none which I have taken the chance on but have no one to back me up on? One might dismiss the new ones as fake since I've never reviewed anyone before. If posting along party lines and more often is what gives me an anonymous pulpit of superiority then I do not want it.

The plain and simple reason I didn’t post reviews for these guys was that my experience with them was not memorable. The experience may not have been memorable but equally it wasn’t awful – we simply didn’t click. It could very well have been as much my fault as the escorts so I saw no reason for slamming the guy. Now if someone were to post a question regarding one of the guys for whom I didn’t write a review I would certainly feel free to comment about him in this forum just as bobnyc did. A poster asked a question about an escort and bobnyc answered it – give him a break. I can’t see that he did anything wrong. .

I’m afraid I am with Epigonos on this. I write positive reviews of the escorts with whom I have found a special bond or an immediate and sizzling sexual rapport! I see no sense in posting a negative review of a man who I did not connect with, whose previous reviews are 100% positive. If everyone else found the experience with him phenomenally hot or exciting, then I have to believe that we simply did not connect for whatever reason.

 

In truth, even the most so so escort experiences I have lived through so far have some positive aspects. One very well-reviewed escort could not get hard with me but personality-wise, he is a great guy. That’s the kind of mediocre escort experience I could never write a negative review about. I just figure we are not compatible sexually, I know I’ll never hire him again and I just go out and hire a guy I find even hotter!

 

If the 411 on that particular escort were requested by someone on the forum, I would not make a negative comment. I do hope we are all intelligent enough to know that even if all the reviews are wonderful for an escort, we might be that one exception, through no fault of either the escort or the client, who cannot connect. It’s a no-fault situation in my opinion.
