There are reports of very mixed experiences with him (assuming it is indeed Marcel). Some love him and some think he is a waste of time and money. Search under "marcel" in the forum and you will find various threads. Been around for a while. I seem to recall some discussion that he does not like to be touched and also that he needs frequent verbal reminders that he is hot. Sounds too high maintenance to me. YMMV.
