Updating pic for my review page

Hi there - I know this is probably easier than I am making it, but it's time to update the picture that shows up when people look at my reviews, and I haven't done it in so long that I have no idea how it's done. Is it a process I have to submit to, or is it a function I do on my own from my profile settings? Thanks!
