How long do most clients book? 1 hour?

I find that most book 1 hour, though I do suggest at least 2 hours so the session isn't rushed.

Personally I almost always book for at least 2 hours. I really enjoy just talking and getting a feel for the escort’s personality when we first meet before we move into playtime. The exception with new escorts is if I feel that, because I can’t get a sense (in our pre-appointment communications) of whether we will connect well and/or his reviews seem somewhat neutral, I will hire him for only an hour as a “tryout” but that is an exception in my hiring habits. If the escort and I connect during our first appointment on more than a few levels and I decide to hire him regularly, I will sometimes go with a 3 hour session in future appointments.

there's no average to what folks book. it depends on the person and the need

I book overnight and longer

The OP didn't ask about 'average', he asked about 'most common'. I do think that will vary among escorts, but I'm interested in some answers from escorts. I would bet (but only a small amount) that overnights are not the bread-&-butter of MOST escorts.

For both escorts and for masseurs, I always book for a two-hour appointment. It means that the appointment is much less rushed and it gives an opportunity for both me, the client, and the escort or masseur time to get to know one another a bit if it is the first hire or where I am an established client.

+1 on the masseurs. I love at least 90 min. One hour just seems too short amount of time. I love to spend time just unwinding and letting the masseur thoroughly work my entire body. The good masseurs know how to pace themselves.

Most new clients are 1 hour. Repeats tend to be 1-2 hours, many being 2 hours

I think a lot of new clients choose an hour because two hours money is a lot to waste on someone you might not "click" with

When I first hire someone I tend to ask for 90 minutes. Long enough to relax and not too long in case we don't click. For repeats I like 2 hours, which tends to play out as 30 minutes kicking back and chatting/petting, 45-60 minutes play time, 30-45 minutes relaxing in bed.

My record in terms of time spent was a 90 minute session that lasted over 4 hours. When I said "I should let you go" he just said "I'm not doing anything else tonight, and I like talking to you" and we hung around for a couple more hours.

I have NEVER booked for one hour and I have been hiring escorts for over ten years. I always book for lunch or dinner (the escorts choice) and then two hours of play time. I have also never been a great fan of overnights. I have SLEPT alone all of my life and that's how I prefer it. Rather than paying for an overnight, when traveling, I prefer doing two evening appoints for approximately the same price. Do I occasionally do overnights YES but only with two escorts I know extremely well and even then I insist on a king sized bed -- I want my space.

I almost exclusively did one hour when I was younger, but as I get older I am booking more two-hour appointments. I find that booking an hour with an option to extend to two works best, just in case the session isn't great. I did that with Cal, yesterday's (9/13/2013) coverboy, and was glad I'd left the option open.

I have an hourly rate, a 3 hour rate, an overnight rate and a weekend rate. Depending on when and where a client is I think is the main factor in how long an appointment is. If a client is out of state then either overnight or weekend rate only. Most of my clients are either 3 hours or overnights.
