New York City: Midtown jiggle joint Rick's Cabaret cheated its strippers by classifying them as independent contractors, not employees, and failing to pay them minimum wages, a judge ruled Tuesday in a class action lawsuit... In addition to the minimum wage claims, the lawsuit alleges that Rick's violated state and federal laws by requiring strippers to pay "house fees" and fines in order to work.

I'm sure every NYS strip club owner is following this case very closely.
