I'm not an expert but I know that one of the side effects of Propecia is diminished sex drive but it is supposed to occur in a small percentage.

I don't think rogaine effects performance.

Heavens! Such grammar and spelling! Rogaine has no effect on erections. Anabolic steroids greatly increase sex drive and would have a mild beneficial effect on erections. Propecia is an anti-androgen, and therefore would have the opposite effects. It seems rather stupid off-hand to take both anabolic steroids and Propecia at the same time, since they counteract eachother. It's like pressing on your car's brake and accelerator at the same time.

I would suspect the erection problem would be due to some other medication, illicit drug, tobacco, alcohol use, or medical condition. Or maybe he just isn't being excited enough. Of course, if he actually cums more than once a day, that could make it difficult to get erections as well...
