Well four of the nine are very productive and contribute to the advancement of this nation. Two of the remaining 5 occasionally see the light. Scalia and Thomas are basket cases and a waste of space......especially Thomas who rarely even speaks.

Scalia's dissenting opinion on Lawrence v. Texas (exactly 10 years ago today) is legendarily angry, easily the most openly hostile SCOTUS opinion on file. Until today. Today his dissenting opinion on DOMA is equally as angry and hostile. But back then, he opined that if Teh Gay becomes morally acceptable there won't be anything stopping gays from marrying. He was right!
