I emailed him, he replied yesterday morning with his rates & asked for a picture, then no communication since then. I'll let you know if I do hear back.

Thanks poolboy48220. I have been in contact with him. He seems friendly. A little hard to get ahold of with email, as you allude to in your response. Not sure whether to go forward with making an appointment or not. I usually like my guys to be a little more prompt.
