About five years ago, I worked with a trainer offering a one-hour training session/one-hour massage combo. We made a weight loss bet - every week I lost more than he did, he forfeited one piece of clothing for the massage. I was very motivated and got him naked. It was *just* a naked massage, I did get to fondle a bit at the end but went no further than that.

He trains out of a gym in Columbia, MD...but still services the whole DC Metro and Baltimore Metro areas. He offers personal training, massage, nutrition counseling. He is a published author and provides online coaching as well.
