I don't have data and I am not trying to defend this particular hypothesis, just to be clear. If this one is wrong, I am happier because I would hire more famous escorts without worrying too much because they tend to give better services.

First, Health organizations should have better data and have you noticed this question during STD testing whether one had sex for exchange of money or with someone who does that? Basically you pay your money and take your chance. Any exchange of bodily fluid can transmit disease and that applies to your next new boyfriend, too. Curious since Syphilis is easily treated; but at best HIV often can be controled (at great expense) for an extended period of time.

Reality sucks which must have something to do with why most people choose to ignore it.

well, I am very cautious of diseases, probably more than any famous escorts, but there are cases you cannot really tell...That is why I try to hire less, and yes rely on my hand more lol Again, I go back to the same logic, meeting more means more risk (I am talking about myself here, not escorts), so that is why I applied the same logic to the other side (to escorts). And Yes, I am aware of the fact that some escorts are cautious about diseases and I have discounted for that too
