Kind of off-topic but related...

 

I never did a live show on F4F. As it has been mentioned, it was too expensive. However, I did join and get credits for the recorded shows. Your credits went much further. :-) Although now the credit system with the recorded shows has changed, so its expensive to look as those as well (depending the guy you want to see.)

The one plus with the credit use though, was there was some game that you gained points to help your favorite cam guy get more visibility, so to speak. There is also “group chat” function that is much more affordable. The idea is that a bunch of people pledge to chip in to watch a show that the performer describes in advance.
