Today, March 19, is the birthday of a very special man in my life. A bit over two years ago, I walked into the Legendary Dave’s studio and my life hasn’t been the same since. From the first time through almost 2 dozen meetings now, Dave has taught me so much. From vanilla to experiments in kink, Dave has been my guide, my teacher, my friend. But more than anything, he has almost been my conscience, and always been my truth-teller. Even when it hurts to hear, when I’ve disappointed him somehow, when I’ve hurt him because of something stupid I’ve done, he’s always put the truth first. My life wouldn’t be the same without him. I don’t ever want to hear anyone say that escorts only tell clients what they want to hear. Because I know with Dave, nothing could be further from the truth. Be it good or bad, I value and rely on his truth to keep me moving forward, to keep me grounded.

 

Dave, mere words can never express how grateful I am to have you in my life. So it is my deepest wish that you have the most wonderful, incredible birthday imaginable. I’m sorry I can’t be with you today to share it, but we have had our time and will have it again in the future. I love you. But even more, I need you to always be there, to always keep telling me the truth. I am a better person today because of you. And there is no one I respect and value more.

I still remember the first time we met, as it was such an incredible experience these many years ago... but I won't tell how long ago it actually was!
