I've actually used one when I was staying with friends in Hawaii. Washes and then drys your nether regions wonderfully! Also makes a wonderful cat toy...

Stayed in a resort with one last summer and was blown away by the Toto. Got myself one for Christmas. It is a generation better than the European bidet and is AMAZING!

Actually, I experienced this during my travels in India several years ago. I loved the washing feature - it's just nice to get up from doing one's business and feel all fresh and clean. But I still think the automatic raising of the seat is decadent!
