This story reminds me of the 'food thief -Wilmington DE' thread of earlier. Alambama football coach Mike Price(!) is fired after spending hundreds of dollars in a strip club, only to have a 'woman' order $1000 worth of room service the following morning. It makes the 'food thief' (ordering a sandwich to be charged to clients room w/o asking), pale in comparison.

Now you hotel-luxe-queens, what could you charge to room service for $1K???

Why did you put woman in quotes?

 

Is there some reason to think it was not a real woman that ordered the food, or that Price ordered the food himself and tried to blame it on someone else?

In one of my earlier lives I was a hotel management type. Frequently,

cash pay outs to guests appear on their bills as X, Y or Z charge.

It's just another way the high and mighty can get money, write it off and hide it on the expense account. I'd love to examine the bill for about 5 minutes. Probably was a way to hide some cash.

The word down here in Alabama is that the woman ordered one of every thing on the menu, then called back and ask for to-go boxes. That's when the hotel staff got suspicious.

 

Anyhow, the influential people here in Alabama are so dang judgmental that when a college football coach goes and checks out call girls so he can give his players recommendations, he gets fired! hahahaha.
