This is pretty amusing. I spent my junior year at a university in England and the survey shows approximately 15% of the respondents for my university indicate they have done it with their housemates (I'll refrain from identifying which university specifically). I lived in a dorm and there was some hooking up here and there but not tons... 15% feels about right. Enough that when it did happen, it would cause a bit of a gossip stir.
