Problems with Rentboy?

I just tried to log onto rentboy, and the pull-down menu of countries doesn't include the United States at this time. Any of you come up with a similar problem?

Unicorn, Sorry you are having trouble tonight. I just checked RentBoy and it's working for me with the US listed in the pull-down menu. I'm using Mac OS X, Version 10.7.5

Try using a different browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari or Chrome) and let us know how it goes.

Sometimes I experience the same problem with Rentboy.

 

Rentboy.com and Marriott.com are the only two sites that at times take forever to download. I haven't found an explanation to the question why's that. I usually clear the cache & cookies, erase the temporary files and reboot my computer.

I encounter the same problem intermittently with Rentboy. It occurs on both my Windows 7 and Mac OS X machines and when using Firefox, Safari, and Chrome.

I've had that problem as well, on several different machines. I've found that if I wait and let the pulldowns populate before going to the next one, it works better. So change the first pulldown from "Rentboy" to "All", then wait for the country to populate before I try to use the city pulldown.

 

It seems like it used to be a lot worse. A year or so ago, if I tried the pulldown before the previous one had populated, it was hosed completely - I had to refresh the page. These days, sometimes it recovers, populates the pulldown even if you've jumped the gun, and lets you proceed. But not all the time.

Rentboy's been working fairly well for me of late, the only ongoing issues I notice are that the results sometimes seem incorrect - I may do an advanced search for "San Francisco" "uncut" and it brings back random cut guys in Orange County, for example. The other thing is that RB sometimes throws errors when I'm browsing through a list - I do a a search, get 15 hits, open the first and start to click the "right arrow" to go through them one by one and when I hit about number 7 or 8 on the list I suddenly get an error screen. Going back to the search result screen and clicking on the one where the system bombed then lets me go on through the rest of the list. Just annoying.

Oh - does anyone know how to delete a saved search? I've got searches from cities long since visited that are collecting dust on my list and I'm just as soon delete them, but can't figure out how.

Having this problem now with rentboy, every other page downloads immediately and they are taking FOREVER
