For anyone getting raped on plane tickets into LAX/LAS, Orange County, etc- flying into SAN from BDL(Northeast) was just 318 for me; and I'm driving up. Just food for thought.

I'll second this suggestion. The past two years for the PS weekend I've flown into San Diego and rented my car there. I like any excuse to go to San Diego anyway, and the good fares made it worth while. The drive up is easy and scenic, though the Garmin did take me on a weird detour at one point. But yes... scenic! You can avoid the I-10, which can be an advantage over Ontario or LAX when the traffic is bad.

I'm not sure if Helios has any openings left, and I certainly wouldn't know if I'd consider it cozy, but the price ain't bad with the deal that Ace has worked out. I know most (all???) are from attendees at the events. Call them. Look early in thread for info I think.

I will be contacting attendees about the after pool-party dinner so I can make a reservation PS pool party weekend is always a highlight of my year and I am looking forward to making new friends! Of course, a few new ones thrown into the mix couldn't hurt either! ;-)

I'm due for some quality fun time with other like-minded individuals, this seems to be a good way to do it. I am actually planning a visit to Phoenix and SF this month happened to come across this...perhaps I can go ahead and bundle the 2 together and do the Palm Springs thing for the first time...so if it's not too late, count me in :-)

Is it just me, or does it look like we may be having a record number of escorts, and particularly new escorts, in attendance this year. Should be a very interesting and exciting pool party this year. Now to get the weather warmed up.
