I wanted to get this posted ASAP:

I just spoke with the management at Helios & they are offering a "book two get the 3rd night" at half price rate for any attendees that mention "Ace" when booking. (Helios has 12 rooms, so you might not want to wait too long to book & risk being shut out). They have also informed me that they WILL schedule one of their infamous parties around us on that Saturday.

My room is booked!Hope to see a LOT of you there!
