I have to be in Pensacola this weekend for a wedding. This is not a city that's on my beaten track. How does an older gentleman amuse himself there? Are there escorts? Bar hustlers? Street hustlers? Marines or sailors to meet?

 

Or will I be glad to be leaving on Sunday?

Pensacola pride is a huge gay event every Memorial Day weekend. The area is somewhat popular with southern gays the rest of the year, and it’s fairly gay friendly - but not a gay resort town by any means. I’d say if you’re looking for company, your best bet is to find another visitor on one of the sites, or perhaps try your luck on an app like grindr.
