I thought it was when a guys hanging nuts slap on your forehead and face like a wet teabag. Very popular to do to passed out frat boys by supposedly "straight" frat brothers, I heard.

 

If what you say is true Rick, no wonder my straight friends laughed at me when I said I would love to be teabagged.
