Friends, it is with a bit of regret that I have to announce that Maximum is now officially and permanently closed. We held out as long as we could, but it's now time for us to move on to other things. To all of you who we had the pleasure of dealing with over the years we want to express our deepest thanks. We did our best to operate with integrity and honesty, but sadly all good things must come to an end. Some of our best guys who have been reviewed here will be operating on their own in the future and Daddy has promised to update their reviews with new personal contact information.

Stephen... This is sad news... As A "hiring specialist" I was not able to use your services in the past year or so. However, I do have great memories of the times that I hired "Collin" and most especially "Nick", a guy who was really into my sort of activities.

It's sad -- and a bit scary, as my agency has been in the "hanging on as long as we can" phase for quite some time now -- and it's only because I've taken a 2nd job that I've been able to keep Man To Man afloat. Somehow I ain't ready to be put out to pasture...yet. :-) But I sure know what you've been going thru!

 

Shame that, aside from the well-informed members on this site, and a handful of GREAT regulars, clients have been shying away from the few reputable agencies -- preferring to throw a dart at Rentboy et al and hoping to hit a bull's eye. Still a frustrating mystery to me, but...

 

Anyhow, Stephen -- I do hope you are moving on to something bigger and better -- and hopefully less stressful! ;-) I'll send you a private note soon -- it would be fun to exchange "war stories"!

I don't have many kind things to say about agents, but I'm usually dealing with other industries.

 

From what I've read here, Stephen and Dave seem like nice guys. If I were a hot escort, I could see some advantages to signing with an agent. Why deal with the business minutia if you can rely on someone you trust to do it for you.

 

I don't get a chance to read every thread, but I have never noticed "escort bashing" by either of these two agents on this board. Some men on this board LOVE to mischaracterize the written word of others, and I often feel the mischaracterizing is grossly unfair. And it's often wrong.

Dave, though we had minimal dealings I have respect for you and I know you are in the same boat. HOLD ON as long as you can. When the economy turns around and more people are spending money you might find that things will pick up significantly. Our decision to close was based on many factors, and even though we technically could have continued indefinitely the financial aspect certainly played a role in the decision. You're still poised in several markets for a big upturn when the economy changes. I wish you much success and please do contact me in private.
