I was expecting to read that, at at least, the restaurant fired the offender. If someone's actions caused me to pay a fine of $600,000, I'd fire him in a minute.

 

For those of us that know Sparks, it's possible that the "offender" is tied up in a basement receiving 600,000 bullets.

I think lawyers get 1/3 in these cases. I sued a job once under workers comp and he got 25% here in ga 25 % is the max in workers comp. I knew a girl once her boss kept writing her love letters and asking her out even after she asked him to stop. she saved the letters got a lawyer sued the company they settled for 1 million she got just under 700.000

I remember Sparks from the 80's when one or two of the high-rolling johns would pick up a guy for dinner from Rounds and take him to Sparks for a steak dinner before time in the hotel. Sparks use to keep dinner jackets in reserve that the escort would borrow for the length of the dinner.
