Rentboy - getting it back

Hey Gentlemen!

 

I didn't go through the back and forth on the "rentboy down" thread, but I did wanna point out one quick thing.

 

If you type in "rentboy.com", it'll be down.

 

If you type in http://www.rentboy.com it's up! (on internet explorer)

 

For firefox, I had to type in http://www.rentboy.com/default.aspx for it to come up. That may be something with my settings, I'm not sure.

 

And apparently if you click on the big logo on the top left hand side of the screen to go back to the homepage, it takes you back to that "we're down" message.

 

I really hope they get this "straight" with the networking soon. Seems like a semi-easy fix if they have someone good working their page.

Sometimes, but not always.

 

As Kevin pointed out in the other thread, power is going up and down and it may take time for them to get fully back online. I don't envy their tech staff.
