Frank Sinatra's butt

In a documentary about the singer, I heard actress Betty Garrett, his co-star in ON THE TOWN say that while they were making the movie, she once gave Sinatra a playful pat on the butt. Sinatra was NOT happy with her for doing that.

 

When she asked director Stanley Donen why Sinatra was so touchy, Donen replied that wardrobe had given Sinatra padding on his backside so he would fill out the sailor pants. Otherwise he wouldn't have. Sinatra wasn't happy about having to be "built up".

What he lacked in the back was made up for by what hung in front. Very big, from all accounts. His basic requirement for a woman was that if she didn't give head, she was out. I once saw Lauren Bacall coming from the bank and thought I might ask her if she gave Sinatra a blow job. I decided it probably wasn't a good idea.
