I was having a talk with an old friend, about the best porn from the 80's and William Higgins name came up, My favorite of his was the forest ranger scene in SAILOR IN THE WILD, my friend said BIG GUNS the hot tub scene.

 

i have become friends with Bill over the years, and would love to send him a note on what is his all time greatest hit.

 

if you have time, post what you favorite scene was, and from what movie, i will tally up the results and send them on to Bill

I agree, tealady, about the forest ranger scene in Sailor in the Wild. Both guys in that scene are hot but the tall one playing the forest ranger really pushes my buttons (despite the fact that he is not particularly muscular) -- beautiful, innocent looking, hot

Big Guns by a wide margin. The scene with Mike Hensen and Kevin Williams, while John Davenport looks on.

 

Hensen and Davenport made three or four videos together (not all for Higgins) & were good enough actors to leave the impression that they were really friends.

WH was the best. I wish some of his vids could have been watched in slo-mo in those days...Damn "Big Guns" and "Sailor in the Wild" twas a sad sad day when I decided to clean out the ol closet and move on with the newer format...

Defintiely one of the best porn videos made. And I had a major thing for John Davenport (even if he wasn't much of an actor!) The Henson/Williams seduction was hot, but so was the Quinn/Rocklin seduction.

Yes...so so sorry for the misunderstanding. Thanks Joseph for the correction. As I was typing my post, I was thinking that I was almost positive that Bill Hensen had indeed passed away, but I was not thinking of Mr. Higgins. And a little part of me so hoped that he was still around. The sentiment stands however, I hope that Tealady will pass on my regards to Mr. Higgins as well, and thank him for bringing so much joy, to so many of us, for so long.

Apparently there's no definitive answer to the WEHT question so he will just remain always in the Gay Porn Hall of Memories for that Generation.....

 

Sort of seems appropriate for a porn legend.

 

(for any science fictions buffs out there - reminds me of the last paragraphs of Lord of Light, perhaps my favorite sf novel.)
