411 Handsome Buff Attila in NYC

I had posed a 411 on Attila in NYC a month or two ago, but no one had anything to report.

 

Well, Attila is still around; his ad link is this:

Has anyone actually seen him? I was skeptical before and so did not contact him; he has lasted for quite a while in the highly competitive NYC market, so that makes me a tad less skeptical--but still not ready to move without some better intel.

 

So has anyone seen Attila? Or even spoken with him? Or just some perceptive advice about him. (I realize he is from Hungary and probably wants to make some good money in the USA, but he may be providing a good service.)

William, I remember when you first asked about Attila. I noted your inquiry and also noted Attila's ad on Rentboy, and my first reaction was that yes, he is known in Europe as a gay porn star from Hungary (and yes, Attila is a common enough stage and normal name in Hungary)... but while I was not too suspicious, knowing that quite a few Hungarian guys have come to NYC lured with the prospect of making money here and also getting some English courses that can improve their ability to travel more, I just did not want to call him for one big reason -- he does not list his rate.

 

To me, if a guy wants to haggle with me, I am not interested. He may be very legitimate and may be sharing his quarters with a friend from Hungary who also has an ad (I suspect this is very true), but if he is doing the "ask me" thing, my suspicion is that he will want at least $300/hr -- and I may be very wrong, but then he should at least present some rate so you know what you are starting with.

Adriano, thank you very much for your posting here and in the earlier thread. You are a fount of useful information and good judgment, such a great resource for this website. The other posters also raise useful points, and it is noteworthy that no one seems to have actually met this guy, who has been in NYC for several months now.

 

So many Hungarian Mysteries!

 

So skepticism remains the baseline for this one.
