I was in Annapolis this past week for one night and had scheduled an overnight with a guy from DC that fell through at the day of since he was not feeling well. Anyway I was all horned up with nothing to do so I walked around the historic district to see the sights. Oh boy did I see sights. The United States finest in crisp white uniforms that hugged in all the right places!! I have yet to see a finer display of US backsides in a long time. Something about those uniforms makes you stand at attention:o If only I could have dropped my anchor!!! My right hand got a workout at my hotel that night :))))

One wonders what would happen if Dirk Flamingo moved his operation north to the suburbs of Annapolis!!!! I'd love to see midshipmen anytime (which is way I am insanely jealous of guys who get to live in San Diego outside the Navy base).

Gee, maybe you should have gotten hold of Poolboy21409. He could have shown you the sights maybe even in more depth.

The USNA has an active support group for LGBT Midshipmen and Alumni. USNAOUT.org is their website. One of my friends in town, a married straight ally, and a USNA grad, is a member of the group and was telling me about the dinner they held to honor LGBT graduates of the 2012. The dinner, held April 15, had 31 midshipmen from all 4 classes as well as 34 alumni. 16 of the midshipmen were seniors and will be the first graduating class since DADT has been repealed.

Who knows? Maybe if you would have asked, they would have told you something you wanted to hear?

Hot Dentist to be, a forgotten bunch!! My Dentist is a woman so no fantasies during my checkups :(
Well... I know of no hot dentists... and that includes mine who is a guy... though I am sure that some where probably "hot" at one time.

However, I do enjoy going to the dentist... You got it... I close my eyes and imagine the dentist scene from Marathon Man... only the dentist looks like my favorite escort du jour... plus you guessed it... I have not taken novocaine in years... though technically that is not used much these days... so ditto for lidocaine and mepivacaine as well!

Actually I am in a masters swim group with a couple hot dentists and docs. They keep me going to the pool at 5:30 am on week days and I would open wide for any of them. :)))))
Of course there is indeed the old quip about a dentist putting his tool in someones mouth... and that reminds me of the old joke...

Lady to Dentist: Doc I don't like this... I'd sooner have a baby...

Dentist to Lady: Well make up your mind so I'll know which way to position the chair...

Well if you do head to Annapolis, let me know. It's a fast trip from Richmond to Annapolis.

When I first moved to Chicago many years ago, I found a dentist with a downtown office, who was clearly one of our boys. He was HOT, HOT, HOT and had a practice that was almost exclusively young to middle aged men. He did not treat children, and had a fantastic hygenist, a woman who in retrospect I think must have been a lesbian. While a bit on the plump side, her manner and fun approacht to teeth cleaning was a wonder to behold. He used to wear very snug white pants, and usually wore a form fitting shirt, so nothing was left to the imagination. He was a very nice guy too, and that made visiting the dentist even more fun. He subsequently referred me to some wonderful Doctors who were also gay, although very discrete about their life styles. This was more than 30 years ago, when it was not as well accepted to be out and about, except to your close friends. Unfortunately he died prematurely of a heart condition. He had one of the original "pig valves" placed in his heart, and he had it replaced after many years. The second one was not as good, and when it came time for the third valve replacement, he decided not to go through with the procedure. He lived just a few years longer, but it was very sad to see him go. I know this is not quite on the mark with the thread, but the comment about dentists brought back such wonderful memories, so I had to share.

At times threads do take interesting turns...

A couple of years ago I had a conversation with a dentist that I met while in NYC... He told me that dental patients need to feel a special bond with their dentist... a connection that they don't necessarily expect to experience with a physician or other professional and exactly because the dentist is actually penetrating a barrier... and entering their inner being so to speak. So more or less it is the same type of synergy and feeling of comfort that a woman needs to have with her gynecologist. It is an interesting concept and explains why it is often difficult to find a dentist with whom you feel at ease and relaxed… and once you do find him you never want to let him go as the song says.

It seems that DD was fortunate to find and experience such a person... even if for a short period of time.

Whipped Guy I think you are on to something with the dentist thing here.

Over the years, I have had so-so and better dentists. As a child, no interest in them - it was something that had to be done. As an adult, however, there is something about a guy who has his hands all over my mouth and jaw, and inside my mouth... I had two dentists recently, neither on scales of 1 to 10 would be in the 9 or 10 range, but I actually enjoyed being with them and in their company for the hour or two each gtime I visited, and really got turned on by both who had nicely hairy forearms that often brushed my own arms or I could feel them as I closed my eyes (which I do when in a dentist chair) and felt the heat of his hands, arms and even the breath through his mask... It is pretty hot sometimes and I always have to make sure to wear comfortable loose pants when I visit.

Hi Guys-

Annapolis resident for over 30 years. Not aware of many of the Mids playing around but then maybe the age factor comes into to play - mine that is. I live about two miles from Gate 8 of the academy and this time of year is particularly fun as many of them jog off base in the late afternoon and take the scenic route over the Naval Academy bridge that spans the Severn River towards my house. Many a fine chest is displayed and some good legs but the jogging shorts a usually a bit baggy for highlighting the glutes!! Actually the guys look better in their uniforms than they do in their civilian clothes as it seems that many of them loose their sense of "fashion" when they start the Academy. Guys in uniforms in town are plebes (freshmen) and sophomores. I think juniors and seniors are allowed to wear civilian clothes on "liberty". Any Forum Members visiting let me know. I'd be glad to show you around :-))

for anybody visiting "Naptown", Pool is a great host....as said above, Annapolis is a pretty town on the Chesapeake and is a very easy drive from DC or Balmer, but is a bit of a culture shock for a desert dweller like me....
