you really forget in this day and age of rentboy, men4rent and rentmen that it was not long ago that alot of this type of thing went on and was common. It was never my scene though. I found that PRINT ads worked then. HUstling was never fun for me but escorting always has been. I feel bad for these guys and their wives. I have a friend who cruises the public bathrooms along the boardwalk in Manhattan and Redondo beach area, looking for these horny young surfer guys. Wanting to have sex in a public place and doing it with a like-minded individual is different from having to look for it in a public place and then having no alternative but to do the deed it in the bushes... and not because there is a thrill involved, but simply because that's the only option at that moment. I'm not sure this is popular but I enjoy the art of cruising. Mind you where I am that doesn't happen but when I got out of town and go to bars or clubs I like to cruise - or have others cruise me. Some of my best memories of "open air sex" have been in Tel Aviv's Independence Park by the Hilton Hotel. I used to go a lot to Tel Aviv for work during summer time in the 90's, and a couple of times in the past decade. BG is referring to the NY Bondage Club... and that is my dance with at what might be termed "semi-public lewd activity".

 

First, there is always the thrill of thinking that the place will be raided by the police... though I have known of at least one cop who visited there...

 

Also, the way the place is set up one can do their thing in a dark quiet corner, a more exposed area, or on the main stage. I have played in all those areas over the years... and have had pictures taken and posted on their website... so I guess that makes it somewhat public.
