Condom safety ratings?

I once had a listing of condom safety ratings, done by UCLA or someplace similar, having to do with breakage, mostly.

 

That list is probably 15 years old now, and I've heard that brand names can change manufacturers, and thus change the condoms they sell. So it's probably no good any more (if I could find it).

 

Anybody seen anything more recent that covers rating brands for safety?

I've never needed a condom to expand enough to hold 45 liters of anything. What am I missing out on?
