In descriptions, I've always seen either "cut" or "uncut". But this one for Ryan is new to me: "half cut/euro". Is that a new style in Europe?

I have seen this once before on an Asian American. I never realised it but you could actually describe it as Half Cut!

I have seen this many times, and in fact it probably applies to me as well. To be explicit, when soft, it appears uncut, and when fully extended and hard it seems cut... There are actually several ways to perform circumcision and a lot depends on how much foreskin was there at birth... that feature is not the same on all boys... but viva la difference, as some would say !!

I just assumed that the doctor performing the circumcision had ADD and got distracted during the procedure. The result was a half cut so that the foreskin kinda dangles there in a new unnatural way. Clearly a new marketing tool for some, I suppose.

After all is said and done..Ryan Turner is a Goodlooking Dude! I'd do him!
