He has been known to use fake photos in the past. Perhaps to lure new clients in. This type of ad, with the same type of photos, text and price, has been known to be a scam in the past. One person on this board had a very bad experience with him responding to an ad like this. This type of ad has been popping up from city to city within the past year.
