Farewell to our friend and popular NYC/LA-based escort Sergio Real. He passed away in New York a few days ago after a short bout with inoperable liver cancer. This handsome man, who also appeared in many adult videos, was beloved by all who knew him on many different levels. He had received 103 reviews on this website alone--a testament to his popularity as a professional escort and his likability as a friend to many of us who hired and/or knew him: http://www.daddysreviews.com/cruise/2010-09-30/sergio_real_nyc

Job well done, Sergio. Rest in Peace.

Wow, what a shock. I had always been fascinated with him, had the privilege of meeting him once many years ago (or it seems many years ago), and found him exceptonally hot and nice. I had actually been considering a reprise, and then this news. Thanks Jack for this information, and I do hope he rests in peace - so young to succomb to cancer.

I'm absolutely shocked as I didn't even known he had been sick. I met Sergio when he first moved to NYC in the 90s and we were in touch ever since. Saw him a couple of years ago for dinner when he was in DC. Every year he always sent me the best e-greeting cards. This makes me terribly sad.

I vividly remember meeting Sergio in New York in, I think, 2002 when I was waiting to go on my trip to South Africa. His company was a pure joy because I was

"green to the scene" at the time, and Sergio made me feel so comfortable in being in his company. He'll be in my thoughts and prayers!

COULD NOT BELIEVE THIS!!! Sergio was for me the symbol of the ultimate MAN. A successful working guy and video star who (by reading his reviews) was, most importantantly, a great guy. He was the guy I was one day gonna meet. Guess we'll have to wait for a better place. Rest in Peace Good Guy.

Strangely enough, Sergio and I didn't meet as escort and client. We met at church! When he moved back to Los Angeles in early 2008, he regularly visited the Metropolitan Community Church that I attend and we became friends. He was the guest vocalist and instrumentalist (guitar) at a couple of Sunday worship services. Sergio was not only a hot Brazilian lovin' machine. He was a well-rounded, smart, spiritual, humorous, and compassionate man. His charismatic presence and gentle spirit will be greatly missed. http://img638.imageshack.us/img638/4677/40521028411369611451640.jpg

I never met the man, but from the comments of those who have, he must have been something special. He obviously earned the respect of his friends and clients alike and for that I wish him peace in his rest.

Those pics of Sergio posted by JackTwist are great. There is something in his face (maybe the eyes, the smile or who knows what) that says to me that this man was a gentle, kind and special man. I never met him but am compelled to morn his passing. RIP

I am seriously shocked. Even though I have never had a chance to meet him, once he contacted me when I was visiting New York to inquire about working together. The client ended up not scheduling us therefore I could not meet Sergio but I remember that I was honored that such a reputable escort would consider working with me. He sounded like a genuine sweetheart and I hope that he is in a better place now!

RIP!

Sometimes I'm so enamored with the physical and sexual attributes of escorts that it's easy to forget they are multi-dimensional people with so many varied backgrounds, talents and interests other than sex. R.I.P. Sergio. I'm sorry now that I never met him when he travelled to Texas on several occasions.
