Is this the same as "love bombing," using one of the most

Wow, BC, the things we learn on this site! But doesn't "love bombing" as practiced by cults looking to recruit seem a little far afield from what we're all looking for here?!

I'm not quite sure who is getting "bombed" here. Is it the client, showered with oceans of bf experience from an overly engaged escort? Or it is the escort, showered with cash, and gifts, and tokens of love by an overly attentive client? Or would this be "stalking"?? In any event, nice to learn about the practice; does love, like Raid, come in an aerosol can?

I don't think BC is comparing the "BFE" to cults.....there are other definitions in that wiki article.....and several quotes that can be compared to a "BFE", I suppose....such as:

Yes, I know that - I was puling BC/s chain a bit. Nevertheless, the first Wiki definitions have to do with cults. I think Ragazzolupo is on the right track.

I would think that any time an escort is hired for more than intimate time, it would approach the BFE. For example, if I'm hiring someone for an evening and he accompanies me to dinner, a show, and then back to my hotel room, those are things I would expect to do with a boyfriend where for the time we're together the cell phone is off and we are the centers of each other's attention.

 

In my book the BFE is completely separate "love bombing."
