While I was away for the day yesterday, the forum welcomed our newest Marquess, the 14th poster to make it to the 4,000 post level.

 

JAG -- you are such a valued member here. When you left for a while on your travels late last spring, your absence was very noticed and you were greatly missed. You bring so much to so many of the men here with your wonderful galleries. Congratulations, my friend. But don't get too comfortable in the seat reserved for the newest Marquess. Another member should join us in the next 24 hours or so I would guess.

So, what is the hierarchy on here? I know I started at novice and am a "master" now. To what should I aspire, other than apparently a Marquis?

Muscle Lover -- this is taken from several other posts, but I believe it to be the accurate list of the number of posts needed for each title.

 

0 – 9 Newbie

10-24 Novice

25-49 Apprentice

50-99 Journeyman

100-249 Master

250-499 Knight

500-749 Lord

750-999 Baron

1000-1999 Viscount

2000-2999 Count

3000-3999 Earl

4000-4999 Marquess

5000-5999 Duke

6000-6999 Peer

7000+ Prince

 

I am not certain if Prince starts at 7,000 or 7,500. We have had only 3 posters ever to reach that exalted level: Deej, Lucky, and Rick Munroe, and only Lucky has the title Prince attached to his name. We have 2 active members who are Peers (Axiom and Glutes), although Brooklyn Guy did earn the title Peer in a prior life (as JT in Brooklyn). We have 1 active member who is a Duke (moi), and we now have 4 (and soon to be 5) active members who are at the Marquess level (Cooper, Trilingual, Brooklyn Guy and now JAG).

Raul just reached Viscount and I should achieved that title shortly, so now we can F__K our brains out as peers? Wow, I didn't even know I had a goal.
