Dominatrix Pleads Not Guilty in Client's Death

— DEDHAM, Mass. (Reuters) - A dominatrix pleaded not guilty on Friday to charges she chopped up a client after he died of an apparent heart attack during a bondage session, and then dumped the body parts in a trash bin, court officials in Massachusetts said.

 

Barbara Asher, also known as Mistress Lauren M, was indicted by a grand jury in Norfolk County, Massachusetts, on charges of manslaughter and unlawful disposition of a body in connection with the disappearance of New Hampshire resident Michael Lord.

 

Asher pleaded not guilty to the charges during a brief hearing in Norfolk Superior Court, court officials said. The Quincy, Massachusetts, resident was released on her personal recognizance.

 

If convicted of both charges, she could face up to 23 years in prison.

 

The Boston Globe and the Boston Herald reported that police determined that Lord visited Asher immediately before he disappeared in July 2000.

 

Asher told police that Lord died while he was bound and wearing a hood, the Herald said.

 

Prosecutors said Asher said she panicked and called a friend who helped her cut up Lord's body and dispose of his remains in Maine, the newspapers said.

 

Lord's body has never been recovered.

 

Asher's attorney, Kevin Reddington, was not immediately available for comment.

But if you can't come up with the cash to pay your parking fines, you stay in jail.......... only in America......pity!

I have done Leather Master escorting for years, but the closest I ever came to anyone dying on me was when a regular vanilla client forgot to take his heart medicene before we got together. He turned white and had to take his medicene right away and I had to leave. (Partly because I must admit I did panic a bit.) I think I started noticing the symptoms at the same time, maybe sooner, than he did. I wonder if I would have noticed them as quickly with a hood over his head. I hope so. But, then, I've never been much into hooding my leather boy clients. So I can't be sure. Without a hood interfereing I absolutely know that I would have noticed the symptoms just as quickly as I did in that vanilla scene. It might take us a little longer to find his medicene since he would probably be at my place, very possibly tied up with his pants in another room. But since what I am doing is enjoying his reactions to what I am doing, I am monitoring him vey damn closely.

 

But, say what I might, ... chopping him up???!!!

I agree. The story is far-fetched. Even if she panicked, it seems odd that she would consult a friend and that they then both decided to chop him up and discard the body. How is anyone supposed to believe her "innocence" (or her friends, for that matter)? I know that the police wouldn't have exactly looked kindly on her calling 911 to report a man having died after he paid her to tie him up and beat him, but at least the coroner's office would have had a chance at determining the cause of death...and she wouldn't have appeared so evil.
