Thanks ArVaGuy! The tour sounds great, except one thing, I AIN'T GOING TO THE TEMPERANCE MONUMENT.. NO WAY NO HOW!!!!! :D

LOL. Countryboywny, a visit to the Temperance monument offers a wonderful photo opportunity. Especially when props include a least a six pack and/or a couple of bottles of wine. At one time, there was a drinking society in DC dedicated to the sponsor of that monument.

If anyone would like to participate in such a tour just hit me up with a PM. Looking forward to the weekend, thanks for your efforts LBT.

Well, since you put it THAT way, maybe I'll visit if I'm sober enough to pose! LOL

Don't worry countryboywny, I'll go on the tour and if I have enough balls to go to a "temperance" monumement, everyone else is like a virginal, straight, abstainer. You're safe

Can you actually go in the McLean mansion, which is now the Indonesian Embassy? I know you can go in the Anderson House half block away for a donation, like $5.00.

As far as I'm aware, only during Embassy Day in early spring is the only time it's open to the public. Also on Massachusetts Ave across the street is Al Gore, Jr.'s boyhood home - The Fairfax Hotel.

The Fairfax. Formerly had The Jockey Club restaurant. Brings back memories. I met Ryaan Morgan there last year.

Lee,

Hate to be a pain in the ass, but how about attire for certain functions?

Don't know whether to allocate room in the luggage for Dockers and polos or Leather and Jeans. Southwest allows 2 bags but leather is heavy. Raul must be taking over the whole baggage hold!

http://www.embassyofindonesia.org/aboutembassy/building.htm I should have looked first. Answered my own question. On bottom of website says groups can tour it with reservations.

saya mau ikut! belum lihat dan minta menarik sekali! tapi... mungkin, countryboywny tidak mau ikut. mungkin dia tidak mau, tidak bisa. tidak apa apa: we have a lot of fucking to do (sorry, i don't know how to say that in indonesian)

Sounds like a great schedule lbt. Just one question. Some of us want to hit a dance floor. Maybe late Sunday after karaoke .... I don't know the eagle in DC. But NYC is not the dance floor kind of place. Does anyone have a good recommendation. Dave this is your home turf. And Steven your there alot. Any suggestions ...

LOL everything in the city is less than two miles from the palomar

Including your studio, aka The Fuck House. For some reason, for me, all roads lead there. No matter where I am in DC I somehow end up right by there. Wonder what the draw is for me?

And FWIW, we are now standing at 21 attendees for the lunch and about 12 for Sunday night Karaoke. This is absolutely unbelievable. And there is still room for more. Just let me know.

Let me correct that. We are now at 22 attendees for lunch on Monday. At the rate we're going, we may need to be move from Annie's to RFK Stadium. But always room for even more guys.

I am one of the latest additions, routing a trip from Chicago to New York through DC, to attend this gathering. I went to the forum dinner in Chicago last May and enjoyed meeting the participants and am looking forward to this event. Thanks again to the organizer for his efforts.

If I knew what you're saying, would I be pissed off? :p

Not likely. Either horny or fearful would be my guess :)

I think he's all excited because he discovered a new position and he wants to try it out on someone.

If that's true, then fearful would be the appropriate emotion. And don't discount the possibility he'd want to try it in some unusual place. Say in front of the Temperance Monument. :)

23 now and still climbing. I'm thinking we need a pool party to go with it. Hey Poolboy -- can you enclose your pool. Or we can just become Polar bears. lol

This is almost 3 times the number of attendees we had last year. If PS has as much of a growth from last year, I fear Oliver will need to rent a football stadium.

Still not too late guys.

I'm all excited! Can't wait! Oh, and for the record, I am not fearful, horny maybe, but not fearful! LOL

So, how many other drunks will join me at the Temperance Monument? LOL
