You know I've seen all sorts of threads on "Safe This" and "Safe That." But very seldom do we get a thread on "What the FUCK do I do now?"

He comes in your mouth; The condom breaks; You start bleeding; He starts bleeding, You get stuck with a needle.

Here is your homework assignment. Pick a WTFN scenario, research the best answer, tell us the scenario and give the best thing to do.

If your a professional your allowed to correct misconceptions. If your only guessing shut the fuck up (Did Daddy just say "Fuck" twice in one message?).

The life you save may be your friends. Stay mostly on topic to keep from being wacked by Daddy, he takes this subject serious.

How do I get a STD from a toilet seat?

[imgalign=right]http://transientlife.net/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/wc-Optimized1-211x300.jpg[/imgalign]

This one has been around for decades and I often wondered what it would take to get a STD from a toilet set. As chance would have it one day, I actually met a Scientist who's specialty was the transmission of Sexually Transmitted Diseases.

He detailed the scenario that would make it possible.

You need a preferably cute, hung, and young man (Who's says we can't have fun with a scenario?) This young man unfortunately must be infected with let's say gonorrhea, and he must be dripping. One of those drips must have landed on the toilet set.

Now here comes the hard part so listen very carefully. You must kick the door down on the toilet stall, reach in and grasp the young man by the shirt. Throw him out of the stall and your path to infection.

Whip your pants and underwear down, twirl in place and quickly sit down on the before mentioned drip causing it to contact an open cut in your skin. The odds are good that you will manifest symptoms in about two to five days.

If on the other hand, you observe moisture on the toilet set and you take a wad of toilet paper and wipe the seat off, enough time as elapsed that your odds have gone down to the point where your fairly safe. :D

So you've had unprotected anal sex (or the Condom broke), WTFN? Find the Answer and Report back.

Not sure if this qualifies as WTFN but if you give me an 'F' for the assignment I will understand...so here goes...Went to see a masseur once, Ex porn star, drop dead gorgeous, Lusted after him for years, a few minutes into the massage he came around to the front of me and he was rock hard. He then crawled on top of me and began telling me how hot I was and that I had gotten him horny. He began to rub his hard cock on my ass, and (I will interject here that I have never bottomed before). He really took his time and began to fu*k me. I knew he didn't have a condom on, and for a split second I wrestled with what to do, and finally decided to let him fu*k me. It was an amazing experience, since it was my first time and all, he was quite proud that he was the first and that I had enjoyed it so much. We talked for several hours after that about a million different things, A great night it was... Would I allow that same experience again? I can't say for certain that I would act otherwise. I am being as honest as I can here. And for those who are curious I have been tested, and it is thumbs up.

Accidents happen. Last year I had a condom breakage (second time in 10 years). I was bottoming and the status of my partner was unknown. I went to the Emergency Room, talked to two doctors, had a blood test and three hours later I was prescribed nPEP (non-occupational post-exposure prophylaxis) for 30 days. The treatment was hard (on my stomach), but I'm glad I did it. I was tested twice since and all came negative.

On a side note: I went to a big dance party in Switzerland. At the front door there were a couple of guys handing out condoms and one of these STDs prevention booklets that nobody reads and throws away. Those two guys took the time and care to ask each entrant whether they have heard of PEP and PrEP. Later I've read that only 1 out of 5 gay men are aware of the existence of PEP and PrEP.

Young, Dumb, & Full of CUM...

[imgalign=right]http://www.momfinds.com/files/2010/06/reallemon-lemon-juice.jpg[/imgalign]

Spit it out! Don't be delicate, and don't be pissed.

Go grab a bottle of lemon juice and head for the bathroom. HIV lives in a narrow PH range; It's been shown that a 10% solution of lemon juice can reduce the presence of HIV by a 1,000 fold.

Look in your mouth do you see blood? Consider that a ride to the ER is in order.

Young, Dumb, & Full of CUM. And he just came in your mouth. Hurry now, seconds count, WTFN?

You ignored the entire point of the topic: "What The Fuck Now" is what a person should do in a given scenario. I'm going to delete your posts because I'm not going to have an argument over your misinterpretation. Note that I've been deleting all off topics after a day so that we can have a clean set of WTFN topics and answers. Get on Topic or get out of the thread.

I disagree...Steven talked about the same personal situation as I did, he stated that he went to be tested and treated. That is exactly what I did after this incident. My situation is just as serious a situation and happens to alot of people, when in the heat of the moment you realize that someone is not wearing a condom, but you are so turned on that you allow the situation to go forward, even though you know it is unsafe. You do ask yourself, WTFN? at any rate I feel that it would have been nice if I was sent a simple pm to explain the removal.

I had planned a weekend trip with an escort who only tops several weeks in advance. About a week before our scheduled appointment, I developed a case of hemorrhoids. I quickly began a treatment program, but was still having some bleeding when he arrived. I debated moving forward with the planned activities, but at the last minute, I freaked out despite we are always use condoms. We had a great time of oral-only activity.

Gold Star. HIV is transmitted when infected blood, semen, vaginal fluids, or breast milk enter another person's body. When bleeding is present you must limit your activity. Both are at risk.

Who's going to tackle: "Getting Stuck with a Needle?" It's one of the easier ones.

Needle sticks is one of the easier ones.

It's been studied extensively and we know a few "real" answers.

First is "risk stratification":

Most importantly....what's the HIV status of the person's blood that was on the needle?

If the blood on the needle is know to be HIV positive, start PEP.

If the person whose blood was on the needle is HIV negative...

...do they have any known HIV risk factors?

If they’re HIV negative and have no risk factors for HIV, then the risk of

transmission of HIV is almost non-existent and I don't think anyone would

recommend starting PEP in that scenario.

If the person is negative but has risk factors for HIV, it gets tricky.

You look at other things like was there visible blood on the needle,

was it a solid (lower risk) or hollow (higher risk) needle?

And then there is the dreaded needle stick where you don't know

anything....the person got "stuck by something sharp" in the dumpster

at the hospital.

Starting PEP is no picnic and can cause serious side effects. I've know

many people who started PEP. Very few if any of them, finished the

entire course...even when they knew the exposure was from an

HIV positive person.

There are resources that healthcare providers can call to get

professional help with making decisions in tough cases.

When in doubt, start PEP and let smarter people figure it out on Monday morning......

Shall we dance?

[imgalign=right]http://gaytipsontrips.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/cowboys.jpg[/imgalign]

Your at the local dance hall learning that the Texas two step seems to have a lot more than two steps. Two of the other tall, dark, & handsome dancers prove it by trying to snatch each others wigs Hats.

You literally have blood on your hands. You don't have time to get scared because the stopwatch is ticking, WTFN?

Stay calm.

Don't let them see you sweat.

Walk to the bathroom.

Wash your hands.

Return to the dance floor in time to finish the two-step and show them how REAL cowboys dance.

Zero risk.

You get the Gold Star. However, Let's expand just a tiny bit.

The main thing you want to do is move the PH to one of the extremes. In a bar, ask for a glass of lemon juice (remember the 10% solution?), In a restaurant ask for vinegar. A lot of places now routinely have a hand sanitizer on hand.

All are good alternatives. When all else fails, Soap and Water will do the job.

You don't have to smell like Lemon or Vinegar all night. Feel free to rinse once your get bored and want to get back to the Cowboys!

Stay calm.

A little bird told me that I could have done a few things in case of a Condom Breakage before heading to the ER.

Worst Case: Blood Plasma contact with soft tissue that's difficult to flush. Better to irrigate and then to attempt to take specimens.

1) Go to the restroom and evacuate, first thing.

2) Vinegar Douche to drastically change the PH of the Lower Bowels.

3) Get to the ER.

Be sure to tell ER what you did so that they won't do rear end cultures.

Whack! Daddy goes slightly off topic...

[imgalign=right]http://cdn.buzznet.com/media/jj1/2008/06/shirtless-zano/thumbs/nick-zano-shirtless-09.jpg[/imgalign]

Your helping your stud muffin move into his new digs. After his picks up a particularity heavy box, you notice that he seems "Out of it." Somethings wrong but you can't put your finger on it. WTFN?

F (Face) Can he Smile?

A (Arms) Can he raise both Arms?

S (Speech) Can he speak a simple Sentence?

T (Tongue) Can he stick his tongue straight out?

Sometimes symptoms of a stroke are difficult to identify. Unfortunately, the lack of awareness spells disaster. The stroke victim may suffer severe brain damage when people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms of a stroke.

A friend of mine reports that it happened to her twenty something year old son.

A neurologist has said if he can get to a stroke victim within 3 hours he can totally reverse the effects of a stroke...totally.He said the trick was getting a stroke recognized, diagnosed, and then getting the patient medically cared for within 3 hours, which is tough.

. A neurologist has said if he can get to a stroke victim within 3 hours he can totally reverse the effects of a stroke...totally.

That statement simply isn't true and it gives people unrealistic expectations.

Yes, we've come a long way in stroke care. Yes, early treatment (within 3 hours) leads to better outcomes

when you talk about entire populations. Even then the benefit is small, hard to prove, and much debated.

There will always be "miraculous recoveries" in some stroke patients...there always have been, it's partly just the

nature of the beast. Modern medicine may add a few "miraculous recoveries" to nature's work but the impact is far

from dramatic and not without significant treatment risks, failures, and injuries.

Bottom line....you think you're having a stroke?...first get out of denial...and then get to an ER as fast as you can.

Pray for a miracle....but don't expect one.
