Well, my memory may not be the greatest, but I'm pretty sure I never hired this one!

So your saying you don't hire pussy, huh? lol

Thanks for the info on the face pic requirement. I didn't know that. And the explanation of Roughscort. Hopefully all has been resolved with him. Even though he isn't my type, the thought of a stalker for any of these guys is disturbing. Not unheard of, by any stretch of the imagination, but disturbing nonetheless.

I imagine being a forum administrator has at least one similarity to being President. No matter what you decide or do, one, several or many people will think differently and its never fun for "the decider". It's also likely little consolation to the Administrator that he makes more than the President (or maybe not). Hugo Chavez of Venezuela and Putin in Russia are the only leaders who don't have to put up with much :) Sure, I like to see what I consider to be my type of guy as the coverboy when I check the site in the morning, but if I don't, no problem. We all have different tastes. Thankfully, the escorts I've seen don't have a problem with me being smart, cultured, good looking, rich, affectionate and fun loving. I realize though I may try an escort one day who doesn't like any of those things and then it will be a very short "meet and greet". Silence about the tastes of others doesn't, to me at least, mean you endorse their views. Likewise, making somebody coverboy doesn't mean this site endorses their tastes or behaviors. If the coverboy gets something of value for being coverboy (like a free hat or bowl of soup) paid for out of the membership fees I pay this site then maybe we should ask someone to look at the process again :)

Consider carefully your reply.

Looking back upon more reasonable and coherent explanations of which were available to me at the time, and ones I should have expressed as to why I was so angry and disappointed that the chosen escort of the day was highlighted and promoted here to begin with - causes me regret that I personally failed to not only take appropriate advantage of an opportunity to further a community position, cause and voice, intellectually - but equally to that regret, because it became an unfair levy and attack of personal judgement upon the very decent owner of this forum.

And for both occurrences of my own personal failures here, those of which I both deeply regret, I hope that my "careful reply" here, is viewed as nothing more, or less, than a responsible reply, given the magnitude and scope of what was the beginning nature of this to begin with.

Well Said Sir!

Well said sir. I truly understand that we are on opposite sides in that particular debate. However, is this case I feel that I'm constrained by federal law. It is well established that HIV status is considered private medical information.

If somebody wishes to reveal their status, I will support them and I will honor their courage. Until they do, I am not willing to allow speculation to cause even more havoc than may already be present.

It is my position that each person must be responsible for their own health. Until there is a cure and/or a preventive, it is only reasonable to treat all encounters as if your partner were HIV positive, anything less is suicidal.

But, Sir, we are not on opposite sides in this debate here at all. I have not, nor would I ever, announce another ones HIV status here, or anywhere else. That was never what I ever posted about which has led this to our juncture.

This whole post was about an escort, who you highlighted, and promoted on your site who was simply, by public knowledge, a major porn star of Treasure Island Media and who has participated as an actor in some of the most reckless, irresponsible and contagious behavior known to the gay community.

Nowhere, ever, was HIV ever discussed or disguised.

The fact that your escort of the day was chosen by the usual and ordinary criteria which is known to most every reader of your site is not party to this discussion here. Nor ever, was it ever his HIV status.

My conversation here, was only that, by his (the escorts) own personal disclosure that he was a regular bareback model for TIM for years (and all that really does entail)- that there should have been a more responsible representation of what that really does represent to the public when highlighted as the escort of the day.

HIV was never a part of my statement here and nor would it ever be something that I would ever broadcast, irresponsibly, to others.
