The one that really made me cringe was a report of light bulb! They had to be really careful when they removed it lest it break!

I wonder what kind of shaving cream it was - Barbasol or Edge Gel? Not that either would be comfortable but the Barbasol would hurt a helluva lot more than the Edge Gel.

FYI, I used to work the ER of a hospital. I lost count the number of times we had someone come in with something stuck up their butt. And, the variety of things up there was totally surprising.
