Just to clarify the scene he shot with mason was for falcon video and he wore a condom for the anal scene. Just because Mason Wyler is HIV + means nothing who's to say everyone else in the films isn't as well. I saw him in LA just after the Folsom Fair pic was taken, but before it was posted on this thread.
