Birthday Celebration Stumper / Suggestions

I have a friend going to be in town for his 24th birthday and wants to do something "fun". He's very athletic/sports minded, not into guys his age at all, prefers 45 year olds, and is saving himself (sexually) for a "true love". He's very handsome and built like very few I've ever seen. He's very modest, family oriented, and socially conservative (not as in politics). Does anyone have anything they can offer as suggestions for celebrating his birthday? Legit, please, I'm at my wits end!
