first week in rio, what no soap?

i have read all the bad things about the changes in Rio, and here is my report

 

Its all the same but different.

 

CLUB 117, very busy on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday.

slow on the other nights

lots of new men, and some of the same old men from the past 3 years!

the new men you can spot, or just ask around.

same old problem of very little english is spoken, but you can get by with sign language.

make sure you set the price before going to the "cabin"

 

MEIO MUNDO

as busy as before on the monday night.

 

the drag shows are as good as ever in their low budget bad way. but you have to love them. its far different drag then we see in nyc.

 

bad thing.

no more free soap, bring your own bar from the hotel.

this was true in both clubs, they only have the wall dispenser which at both clubs was empty.

Did you ask the towel boys or the front desk? They usually have soap for clients.

Glad to hear, tealady. I'll be in Rio for the 1st 2 weeks of August. Was starting to wonder if the trip would be a wash (no pun intended) given all the depressing talk on here and at the GTB website about how the scene has gotten so bad recently. I'll have to post here as well, when I'm away.
