Hi, I've been thinking of hiring an escort in Philly and am curious if anyone knows of a hotel in Center City Philadelphia that charges by the hour; I doubt I'll need it for a whole day. Any help appreciated, thanks!

Other than that - I know of no hotels in Center City that charge hourly. There were some flea-bag motels in South Philly - but I am not sure if they are even there anymore.

1st and foremost, may I suggest booking your time with Geno (from Premier) Once you meet him , tell him Gabe from St. Louis suggested him. The Premier house is NOT in Center City, unless you really stretch the definition of Center City (which Philadelphians often do, because it's the most desirable place to be). It is in a relatively deserted area almost under the Ben Franklin Bridge, at the northwest edge of Olde City (most Philadelphians would call the area Northern Liberties). You will need a car or taxi to get there if you are staying anywhere downtown. If you should happen to stay at the Hyatt at Penns Landing or in the Independence National Park area, it is a walkable distance to Premier, but you probably won't feel comfortable doing it at night, although it is not a dangerous area.
