Sexiest Bachelor in America Pageant (an oldie from the year 2000)

Ever since I was 4, I've loved beauty pageants. I watched them every year, and every year I'd fantasize I was Miss Texas being called out in the Top 10. I should have been Miss Pennsylvania since that was my home state, but Miss Texas ALWAYS made the Top 10.

 

Then in 2000, when I was 14 years old, there was this one-time television event called the Sexiest Bachelor in America Pageant. It was the only pageant on TV that would ever air where the delegates were men. This pageant was on FOX, in the same season they gave America "Who Wants to Marry a Millionaire?"

The pageant was only aired once. I remember being so excited about it, even though I didn't see hardly any of it because I was too scared to watch it. So I only could flip through the channels really fast and hope I'd see some shirtless guys.

Then I'm lucky I put it on VHS. I kept running across this every time I sort through my tapes. I'm not sure I still have it, or if it is complete.

 

But I do agree that the winner was not the hottest. I think they just picked him because he (seriously) had the most chest hair.

Only one guy had shorter, stretch swimwear, and was glanced walking at top speed in the parade of men.

Sorry TDOA, I would have gone for Mr. Virginia. To me that chest hair is sexy as hell. Just my personal preference.

I'd say Mr. Illinois. Although I agree with the original poster that Mr. Oklahoma was pretty hot --especially those very square, well-defined pecs!

Illinois and Oklahoma are my favorites as well. Notice the paucity of tattoos. Only a tramp stamp on Mr. New Jersey and thought maybe I caught a bit of one other.
