What do you look for when hiring?

As an escort, and only being in the business a year and some time. I would like to know what really seals the deal when looking for that guy thy stands out from all the rest. Is it the quickness of the response, or is it the way the respond? Ext. I am not scared to say I have hired only once to see what it was like to be on the other side of things. And I found your as nervous if not more so than the escort. Because while there are pictures and what not you never know how theyll act in person. So how do you choose the one guy. Very intrigued to know so that I can better myself as an escort as I plan on hopefully becoming one of the greats.

I want people who are truthful in age and appearance as well as everything else. Some guys stay 40 for 12+ years and there are guys who use pictures from 12+ years ago as well!!

I always try to treat clients the way I want to be treated with good customer service.
