So i'm kind of curious:

From a client's side, what constitutes a good review when you read it? I mean what do you like to see in a review?

From an escort's side, what deciding factors should be considered when people are considering writing a good review?

A review should give some sense of what it is like being with the escort - some comments about their personality and attitude, as well as what they are willing to do. Also, of course, whether they still look like the pictures they are posting. To me, the least helpful reviews are those that say the client had a great time but is keeping the details private.

Amen to what uwsman2 just wrote. Any review from a client which doesn't give details is useless. It doesn't have to be a blow-by-blowjob description, but what did you do? Was it vanilla, lots of caressing and kissing; was it bondage?; were there top and bottom roles?; was there verbal? etc etc etc. All very helpful to the propsective client.

Another thing I find extermely helpful is, in a review, that the client tells us whether the 'scort was prompt in answering emails/calls; prompt at the appointment, and so on.

There are, I am sure, other facts about the time spent between 'scort and client which would be helpful, and, as uwsman2 wrote, "I had a great time" is not of much use.

uwsman2 more or less sums it up in a nutshell... I might simply reinforce that "personality and attitude" are the most crucial factors for me.

In addition, most escorts can perform at a certain level of expertise, but it is the brain (and the brain is indeed the largest and most important sexual organ) that is ultimately the key to success. Therefore, a bit of insight into the escort's mind… his mindset and psyche (and that includes astuteness, intelligence, and an ability to sense a client’s needs) are ultimately what makes a review the most useful.

In addition, I like to see that the reviewer made some effort so that the review is a "good read"...Personally I like to develop a theme of sorts so as to keep the reader interested... but that is a matter of style and not all of us are Shakespeare... but the bottom line should be that useful information is imparted… the more information the more knowledge… the more knowledge the better a potential client can make an informed decision.

Good reviews lead to good hookups... an that is what this site is all about.

1. IF they were on Time and LOOK like their Photo's or BETTER

2. IF they followed up with all the "Yes I Will" as far as what they said they will get into during the hangout and is SPELLED OUT in the Review IF only by checking all the Boxes on the Review Form!

3. IF they spent more Time DOING as opposed to Talking alot!

I'm not a guy who needs alot of Stimulating Conversation..Just plain Old STIMLUATION on a Physical Level works for me.

I agree with most of the comments. But another thing that is very important to me is the description of the reviewer.

Reading the reviews you can see if there is a difference in the experience depending on whether the client was 30, hot and hung like a horse or 65, overweight and not a beauty.

Well the Clients description of himself is just that.. He's describing himself! I usually don't even bother reading that Part of the Review. I have always just based the Reviewer as Mid 50's and UP and someone who can AFFORD what has become an exspensive Hobby that Younger Guys in most cases cannot or donot have any interest in!

Before any of the "Working Guys" around here remind me of how many "Young Clients" they have..most donot hangout on Daddys and write Reviews...

Well, I replied to this a few minutes ago but there's no sign of my response, so apologies if semi-duplicates appear later. (Or maybe JT's post, at the same time, outranked mine ;) )

I think uwsman has succinctly captured the eseentials of a useful review. Other posters have expanded on that.

My addition would be some description of the reviewer - both appearance and preferences (likes & dislikes). I give more weight to a review by someone similar to me - 'older', 'bigger', top-oriented and interetsed in both some level of personal connection AND passionate, physical sex. I don't give a lot of weight to a glowing review by a 20-something athletic jock-type - I don't doubt the honesty of the review but I don't take it as an assurance that my experience will be the same. And knowing what a client/reviewer likes (bfe, submissive bottom, rough top, etc.) helps in assessing their review.

I understand what you are saying, but in reading Rafael Alencar's reviews I don't see any from men fitting your assumed profile. As a prospective client for him I would have liked to know his 'experience' with someone (like me) who does fit your presumed description.

2 of today's 6 reviews are by guys in their 20's & 30'. A third guy simply describes himself as an athletic Asian male.

Okay...well I'm a little sparse in my description of me as well so just remember when you're reading "Overweight, middle-aged, not a beauty. no muscles. losing my hair, and not a big "um" u know either.. that covers that.

Oh I forgot to mention in my last Review.... I just turned 25! LOL
Actually I wouldn't want to hang since BG turned 25... even though in all honesty he does look about that age... but then again I don't think I was wearing my glasses (and you don't want to know how off the chart my prescription is) the last time I saw him...

Still all kidding aside... I really forgot to mention above that I ultimately feel that the YOU section of the review is equally important... so I always make an attempt to be generous with the information given there... so much so I almost at times feel it should be incorporated into the body of the review...

Plus, one other minor point... the escorts skills at pre-session communications and scheduling should be touched upon as well... (I recall that the long retired Reece Rothmeier telling me that pre-session scheduling was the most difficult part of the business.) Sometimes older (as in not from Brooklyn type clients) are turned off by certain types of minimalist lingo... I personally prefer sentences and paragraphs as that usually insures that the guy has a head on his shoulders. However, that is not always the case. Still, for the record I have had good experiences with the "c u then" type communicators even though I hate that type of correspondence.

I'd have to agree with the others. But one thing that is important to me is also at the top of the review -- the description of the "positions" of the escort. Is there kisssing and if so french? Top, bottom, versatile (did you flip during sessin), oral same thing. Did you get into edgier play?

And I agree a good description of the reviewer is important to me.

I don't need too graphic a description of the full details. But a general overall impression.

Because being with an escort is not so much about the list of activities for me, I like reviews where I get a sense of the escort and his personality (persona). Does he make you feel comfortable, at-ease...does he resemble his pics, is he a good conversationalist and did the reviewer have a good time....I also want to know a bit about the reviewer to see if there are reviews with reviewers who are like enough to me to give me an idea if the session will be the same for me....

Um...what?

You mean those choices at the top are for what happened DURING the encounter? I am so wrong. Seriously I didn't know that. I thought those were there for "what in general" the escort does so I typically copy another reviewer's portion for that. If I filled it in...well...but I seriously thought that was for what the escort "generally" is...I guess I didn't know that it was meant to be for what was done during the time together.

Might have to revise a thing or two.

Actually, according to Daddy's guidelines:

The information should be as he advertises it because each client's mileage may vary.

But I'm sure not everyone follows that guideline, so some description in the review section of what actually transpired is very helpful!

Hey BG... I had freaking forgotten all about Sunny!!!! What a character! LOL! I can only imagine where is is today... However, if he is someone's bitch in a prison across the border I would somehow not be surprised. My God the crazy things that we did!

Guest Spanker01

Concerning the comments on this topic, and the thread concerning Brett, I am wondering about seperating the real from the fake. What to look for.
