Lately I have been getting numerous questions about this subject from my smaller and average endowed clients (both gay and the married closeted ones) They see my dick and ask me for tips or ask me what pills, potions, pumps, creams or weights I used to make it so big. when I tell them that it has been exactly the same size since I was 21 and that there is nothing they can do to change their cock except lose weight some of them are visibly disapointed. I'm not an escort, and not yet (officially) a client, but I will chip in my 2 cents from the perspective of an individual who has a little bit of knowledge about medical stuff. Penis enlargement isn't necessarily a scam, depending on the type of enlargement attempted. But in terms of expectations, duration, and functionality after the so-called enlargement, the results are generally not what I would call satisfying---except perhaps for the fees received by the plastic surgeons and anesthesiologists who perform these surgeries and the pill mills who're making millions from selling smoke on those late night infomercials.

 

Cutting the ligament does not make a cock bigger. It only moves the small portion of it that is rooted in the pelvis a bit forward. The result is that the patient will have a dick that is longer but, as you already noted, this procedure decreases leverage so the quality of the erections may actually deteriorate. Fat injections may seem to add girth, but even with a highly skilled surgeon the problem with fat injections is the basic physiologic process known as homeostasis---the body is always trying to return itself to baseline. It knows that those fat cells do not belong there, and it will try to reabsorb some of them and store them in its own preferred locations elsewhere. So the girth that the patient gained from the injection will gradually decrease. There are other downsides to these injections: they are not like surgical anastamoses that stay in place. No matter how the surgeon tries to smoothen it out, the fatty tissue will move some, and the skin will attempt to shrink back over it as the swelling from the procedure goes down. This 'redistribution' sometimes doesn't occur evenly, and the patient may end up with a fatter but dimpled or lumpy looking dick, and anyone who sees it will know right away that it isn't natural.

 

Penis pumps can provide temporary enlargement because they force more blood into the tissues, which increase engorgement and vascularity. But a penis is composed of mostly spongy tissue that swells and diminishes in size in relatively short-term cycles. It isn't like a muscle that you can make bigger over the long-term by stressing it regularly with exercise. After a while the dick will return to its baseline size, so if you're a 'pumper' you'd have to keep pumping it to keep it big and engorged. Any permanent gain that a person gets from long-term pumping is due to damage to the elasticity of the spongy tissue. And this isn't really a 'gain' because you'd again be sacrificing quality of erections for size. There are other extreme surgeries, but none of them is popular because of the risks involved and because no physician who values his/her license will guarantee the results. And yes, people have even gone so far as to theorize about cutting off part of a dick and replacing it it with a larger donor cock from a cadaver (penis transplant). This is controversial. I've never heard of it actually being done successfully, but I suppose its not impossible--given that surgeons have actually reattached accidentally severed penises to their owners (case in point: the John Bobbit incident from many, many years ago)---as long as the donor tissue is fresh and they can successfully match up the severed nerve endings back together, AND if it is your own dick. I wonder though if a man could be so self-conscious about having a small dick that he'd risk a procedure like this with a cock from a dead body? There's always the chance that the donor tissue won't take, and then he might end up with a partial dick or no dick at all instead of a small one. Guess it depends on how important having a big dick really is to the individual.

 

As for the penis enlargement pills. Don't even know where to begin with those. The reason the ads can't actually say that taking these pills will make your cock bigger is because the marketing companies know that their products do not and cannot do this. Its all mind over matter. With really clever marketing you can convince people to buy pretty much anything at all.

The only thing that I would add is that there are medical procedures where a prosthetic device can be inserted into the penis for those patients who have had serious accidents or other deforming conditions where an erection would otherwise be impossible to obtain. However, this surgery is not about getting a penis bigger, but helping the man to achieve what he has otherwise been denied for reasons beyond his control. This is not done very often, but I there are specialized urological clinics, usually attached to a medical school or large teaching hospital where such procedures are done. Since our brain is actually our largest sex organ, we would all be better off if we accept what we have and make the best of it through the use of our brain and other sensual inputs beside the penis!

As for the main question...no! That just sounds unheard of (then again most guys assume certain races are a barometer of dick size, so I really don't get challenged on the size of mine). I think people (gay people in particular) are too obsessed about dick size for one thing. I can't stand people who base someone soley on a big dick. It seems like most comments about a guy is, "...and his dick is huge!" And then I see them, and I'm like...well what about his body? Seems to be lacking in both size and definition.
